Explorations have been made by georadar GROT-12 in excavations of the third potash horizon. Excavations was produced
in salted rocks which are interleaving of sylvinite, halite (rock salt) and clay sediments. On the different heights of geological
section the main components are salt or clay rocks. Depths of explorations: 600 - 850 meters.

Radarogram shows clay seams of different thicknesses.
This is an example of georadar sounding for determination of ore body outline. The problem came to determination of the
contact position between ore body and bearing strata inside rock massif. Georadar GROT-10 was used.
Results of sounding on the horizon 430 m in excavations crossing ore bodies.

On the profile the ore body is viewed clearly in interval from 10 to 22 m. This matches the results of traditional prospecting.
In addition to ore body and surrounding rock seam, on the pickets 36-40 m a seam with properties like ore body can be viewed
