Program   GeoWaves 1.0

Program GeoWaves is intended for processing of wave forms obtained from georadars GROT-10 and GROT-11.

Program has two main modes:
Profiling. Supposed bounds separating strata are created. Then in each scan reflected waves and time of waves spreading to separation bounds are calculated.
Hodograph. This procedure processes special frames obtained by symmetrical moving receiver and transmitter one from another. Such method is used to define real depth of strata separation bounds and velocities of waves in separate strata.

GeoWaves 1.0

Working area of main program window can contain windows of the following types:
Wave form graph (separate scan). Parameters: graph width and height, amplfication coefficient in dB for linear or logarithmic scale.
Deviations. All scans in form of vertical strips are displayed. Parameters: strip width, graph height, amplfication coefficient in dB for linear or logarithmic scale.
Binary form, formed from source scans.
Binary wavelet-form, formed from source scans and modified by wavelet transformation.
Profile. Two-dimensional image of supposed profile.
Profile-wavelet. Two-dimensional image of supposed profile, modified by wavelet transformation.

Examination of scan results of oil pipe with diameter 273 mm obtained by georadar allowed to define soil depth and parameters near pipe even on saline areas.
Right set of parameters for wavelet transformation in the program GeoWaves made it possible to narrow pipe image in radar data considerably and fix maximum and position of hyperbola branch more clearly.
